As Linda Holloway mentions in the Bessie’s Hope video, 60% of nursing home residents do not receive regular visitors. 60%. That means that the men and women who fought together through the Great Depression, who traveled across the globe to stand against the injustice of the Nazis, who broke their backs for the civil rights movement, and who simply yet faithfully sacrificed for their families are spending their final days in isolation and loneliness.
We fell in love with Bessie’s Hope and knew we had to partner with them after watching their one-of-a-kind team in action and seeing their passion to return hope, dignity, and admiration to these incredible people and their remarkable stories.
Because Bessie’s Hope’s greatest need right now is marketing services, we will not be hosting a service day, but will focus all of our attention on creating a robust marketing strategy in conjunction with the launch of their new website.
